Following the disastrous Haitian Earthquake, the London music scene has responded with a very special fundraising event. Our friend and Braindrop resident host / beatboxer Bass6 has rallied an array of acts of the highest calibre bringing hip-hop, breaks, beatboxing, spoken word…and a few surprises to Ginglik in Shepherds Bush this Thursday 21 January.
All proceeds will go to Partners in Health, Paul Farmer’s charity who have been working with the Haitian poor for the last 20 years.

£10 recommended donation on the door. Buckets will be in the venue all night for loose change donations.
The most important thing is to get the funding to the people on the ground who need it most. Haiti is a country ravaged by natural disasters and greed. Neo-liberal, neo-colonial policies have attempted to reconstruct’ Haiti for years. Therefore, it is important money goes to the right people. Self-determinacy is at the heart of the politics of this event.
